As a Junior Support Consultant, you will start your journey with us in our Microsoft Dynamics ERP Support team, where you will learn to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to a wide variety of Microsoft Dynamics ERP users, on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
After learning everything you need to from our experienced support team, you will transition through to our Development Team. There you will shadow our Developers on a number of bespoke applications currently under development and assist with the testing and development process.
You will then be responsible for transitioning the knowledge gained of the new developments back to the support team, and the ongoing support of these developments.

Along with the above, you should be willing to share ideas, learn new technology, be enthusiastic about your work, able to work on your own initiative, and develop close and sustainable relationships with your clients and colleagues.
