Job Description

The NetSuite Support Team lead is a full-time role based at our fleet offices. The Team Lead will be a highly experienced Support Consultant with an in-depth knowledge of the core products we support. The Team Lead will also act as a mentor and point of escalation for other team members, including Junior Support Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the support team and with the development team to, test, support and maintain desktop and cloud-based applications.
  • 1st line of support for NBS IP trouble shooting technical issues (2nd line Dealt with by development).
  • Test fixes/patches for NBS IP where required within the constraints of the NBS development procedures.
  • Create and update support documentation (Knowledge base articles / manuals).
  • 1st and 2nd line support for Core NetSuite Modules, Nolan’s IP and associated third parties.
  • Recruitment, training, and development of Junior Team members.
  • 1st point of technical escalation for NetSuite products.
  • Liaise with Partners, NetSuite and third parties where required for the furtherance of support cases.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Responsible to the day to day running of the support team. With the direct Line Management for 2 x Support Consultants.

 

Skills and Competencies – Essential:

  • Educated to at least HND level or relevant experience within the industry
  • Any experience with ERP and or CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Exposure to financial systems and methodologies
  • Experience of working with support teams
  • Ability to work under own initiative

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of NetSuite

Along with the above, you should be willing to share ideas, learn new technology, be enthusiastic about your work, able to work on your own initiative, and develop close and sustainable relationships with your clients and colleagues.
