The company
In short, we provide business solutions through software. Our solutions are built on NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics platforms. We specialise in new system implementations and use our experienced development team to solve the business problems other ERP solution providers shy away from. We work closely with our customers to ensure we really understand their business.
The NetSuite Support role (where it all starts!)
You will start your journey with us in our NetSuite support team, where you will provide technical support to our customers before transitioning through to a fully qualified NetSuite Consultant. This transition will be supported through training in the form of coaching, shadowing, internal training and access to the NetSuite Learning Portal. This will all be supported by several ‘Nolan Champions’, your line manager, a mentor and your very own buddy!
The NetSuite Consultant role
In time you will transition into the role of NetSuite Consultant. This role is varied and challenging but also hugely rewarding. Each project brings different requirements, personalities, locations, functionality, and business processes. This combines to make an interesting career full of variety and new experiences. It also comes with a need for hard work, travel and an appetite for learning.
Software evolves constantly so you never stop learning. This can be one of the best and at times most difficult parts of the job as you can feel like you never get to grips with exactly how the entire system works. The ability to think on your feet and the confidence to say, ‘I’ll work that out and come back to you’ become key skills you must become comfortable with.

That’s okay too. We recognise that choosing a career path is difficult, so if after the initial training phase, you feel like you’re heading in a different direction, we will assess where within the business you may be better suited to, for example, Development, Projects or Sales and Marketing. If we can help we will.

Our Assessment Day – Date to be confirmed
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to one of our Assessment Days.
Each assessment day last 4 hours approximately and involves a number of tests, 1:1 discussions and set presentations.
This helps us and you to decide if Nolan is the right place for you.
Further details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the UK Fleet Office and 2 days remote
£20-25K (depending on experience) – with £5k increases on completion of each stage of the programme
