With more than 31 years’ experience in ERP software and a global presence in three continents, Nolan Business Solutions provides value for money and confidence in the products and services we provide. We are looking to expand our vibrant team, therefore looking for a NetSuite Pre-Sales Consultant.

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager, the NetSuite Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting new business and existing customer sales of NetSuite, NetSuite applications, professional services, and support services. 

The ideal person for the NetSuite Pre-Sales Consultant role would be working within a similar position at the moment and have a background in NetSuite implementations. If you are looking to cross-train from another ERP product you would also be considered for the role if you have proven pre-sales experience as appropriate training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of NetSuite
  • Gather pre-demonstration materials and resource
  • Attend meetings with New Business and Client Account Management, acting as a technical expert
  • Prepare and conduct NetSuite demonstrations
  • Be a source of knowledge for any technical questions for tender documentation
  • Work closely with clients to understand and capture requirements
  • Undertake and assist in business discussions as required to gather requirements and help Nolan Business Solutions to meet those requirements
  • Develop a strong understanding of NetSuite and the Nolan Business Services products and services
  • Acting as an expert for Nolan Business Solutions’ products and solutions externally through media, industry events, and social platforms
  • Maintaining competitor product knowledge to assist in defining a strategy to win specific clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Highly Desirable

  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant supporting the sales cycle in eCommerce, ERP, and CRM
  • Excellent presentation, written and interpersonal skills
  • General business process understanding and knowledge
  • Industry vertical experience aligning with Nolan’s vertical focus.
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and enhance the sales collateral
