Job Description

With more than 30 years’ experience in ERP software and a global presence in three continents, Nolan Business Solutions provides value for money and confidence in the products and services we provide. Our software solutions can be delivered as on-premise or hosted in the cloud and with three UK offices and three international offices, we are looking to expand our vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years hands-on experience working with ERP systems
  • At least two years support desk or systems admin experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting skills and a logical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines 

Desirable but not essential:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite
  • Accountancy qualification, A Level, AAT or similar 

Position responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective 1st and 2nd line support to a large number of Oracle NetSuite users
  • Assisting with future software implementations and upgrades
  • Reviewing and updating existing Oracle NetSuite system documentation
  • Maintaining professional relationships with customers and clients
  • Liaising with our in-house Oracle NetSuite development team

Along with the above, you should be able and willing to share ideas and learn about new technology, as well as develop close and sustainable relationships with your clients.
