Job Description

As a Pre-Sales in a customer centric company, you will be working with the sales team to answer customer’s requirements technically. Looking after our leading cloud applications and solutions from Oracle NetSuite & Microsoft, you will combine strategic insight and be able to map functional requirements to software solutions. You will be able to bridge the gap between sales and projects by articulating customer requirements into functional solutions. Whether it is first time implementation or migration of our existing customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with the sales team to identify our customer’s technical requirements
  • Conduct discovery sessions to fully understand requirements 
  • Design, build & present solution architecture using NetSuite/Dynamics features to produce compelling demos
  • Conduct Customer scoping sessions and produce accurate professional written statement of works
  • Development of Nolan’s product and service knowledge to become the customer’s trusted technical advisor
  • Provide a detailed handover and support to projects during project kick offs
  • Articulate the benefits and system processes with both line managers and senior management  
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the Nolan’s team
  • A willingness to travel to client sites
  • Continually developing industry and product technical knowledge

 

Skills and Competencies

Essential: -

  • Experience in demoing & documenting Idea's and solutions in a clear and professional manner
  • Experience working and presenting to senior level
  • Write and review technical proposal content
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to business
  • IT industry knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable: -

  • A basic knowledge of accountancy
  • Experience in NetSuite ERP or any other ERP is a plus
  • Experience in a pre-sale's role supporting sales
