Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager – Clients and Partners to join our busy team at Nolan Business Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager in a customer centric company, you will be looking after our install base clients and partners. You will attend to their requirements and deliver a leading level of service. Creating a long term and trusting relationship with key business executives, developing new business and liaising internally to answer all enquiries to achieve customer retention and growth.




Account Management (70%):

  • Proactively manage as the lead point of contact to a list of assigned clients
  • Development of Nolan’s product and service knowledge and become a trusted advisor to customers
  • Opportunity management, following up sales opportunities and generating new sales opportunities
  • Producing accurate professional written sales proposals 
  • Meticulously updating Nolan’s CRM System with all prospect and client communications
  • Co-ordinating relevant pre-sales resources where necessary
  • Continually developing industry and product knowledge
  • Contribute to client events through ideas and content delivery 
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the wider Nolan’s team
  • A willingness to travel to client sites (Following government COVID guidance & restrictions) 


Partner Relationship Management (30%):

  • Manage and expand business with existing partners to increase the revenue and market share of Nolan's cloud services
  • Evaluate and strengthen our partner's product knowledge 
  • Recruit, train & onboard new partners



Skills and Competencies - Essential: 

  • Experience in establishing and managing clients and partners with proven business acumen 
  • Ability to manage complex business solutions and build sales proposals
  • Experience of working and presenting at a senior level
  • Demonstrate ability to identify, progress, negotiate and close deals of all sizes
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to business
  • Strong IT industry knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Skills and Competencies – Desirable: 

  • Experience selling ERP solution implementations 
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems
