As a Sales Account Manager in a customer centric company, you will be looking after our NetSuite install base clients. You will attend to their requirements and deliver a leading level of service. Creating a long term and trusting relationship with the key business executives, develop new business and liaise internally to answer all enquiries to achieve customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively manage as the lead point of contact to a list of assigned clients
  • Development of Nolan’s product and service knowledge and become customer trusted advisor
  • Opportunity management, following up sales opportunities and generating new sales opportunities
  • Producing accurate professional written sales proposals
  • Meticulously updating Nolan’s CRM System with all prospect and client communications
  • Co-ordinating relevant pre sales resources where necessary
  • Continually developing industry and product knowledge
  • Contribute to client events through ideas and content delivery
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the Nolan’s team
  • A willingness to travel to client sites

 

Skills and Competencies – Essential:

  • Experience in establishing and managing clients and partners with proven business acumen
  • Experience in selling and managing ERP solution implementations & customers
  • Ability to manage complex business solutions and building sales proposals
  • Experience working and presenting to senior level executive
  • Demonstrate ability to identify, progress, negotiate and close deals of all sizes
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to business
  • Strong IT industry knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in managing projects at a high-level
  • Experience in NetSuite ERP
