Continuity Plan regarding COVID-19

We want to take this opportunity to update our customers on Nolan Business Solutions’ Continuity Plan in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Nolan Business Solutions has appropriate measures in place to continue operating if we are required to shut our offices in the UK due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As the access to our systems is available through the internet, all our staff now have the means to work from home, and can, therefore, work remotely. We have made the necessary assessment and training with our staff to ensure that they have access to the appropriate systems and can continue working remotely.
If you have work booked in this period, this can still be performed remotely if it becomes inappropriate to visit you on-site. Please contact your account manager if you are concerned or would like to discuss these bookings.
As well as landline phones, mobiles, and emails, all staff have access to cloud-based communication tools such as Microsoft Teams so they are contactable from home by a variety of means by both clients and Nolan Business Solutions’ employees.
At this moment in time, we do not have any dates set where staff will be required to work from home, therefore it is business as usual at Nolan Business Solutions. We will continue to follow the advice given by the UK government and will react when it is recommended and necessary.
