We've launched Premium Support having listened carefully to the feedback of our Microsoft Dynamics GP Support base. With this additional level of support, customers can expect cover all year round for administrative tasks that do not fall within the remit of our Standard Support agreement. Premium Support also provides the option of a yearly upgrade to ensure that our customers are always on the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

How much is it?

Premium Support is an optional cover in addition to your standard Nolan Support agreement. It is charged as a yearly fee that covers you all year round.
