Nolan Business Solutions have been listening to their customers and have completely overhauled the user interface of eRequest.
Over the next 7 weeks, in the run up to the official unveil on 6th December, we will be releasing brief details about the improved eRequest.

Starting off week 1 with….
Requests on one page
Previously with eRequest you would have your requests sectioned by form, and you would have had to select one of those from a drop down list.
Now with the new UI you can all requests on one page, but they can still be sectioned to better help the way you like, for example, sectioned into “Requests to action” “Waiting on others” “Recently Completed”
