Nolan Business Solutions certified NetSuite developers have been working hard updating Advanced Bank Reconciliation & Statement Direct, adding some great new features to simplify and automate your banking.
With this release comes two great new features, you can now rely on your Advanced Bank Reconciliation & Statement Direct for NetSuite SuiteApp to reduce the banking function in your accounts team even further.
Automate Customer Payments
After the bank statement has been automatically downloaded and imported it into NetSuite, ABR will recognise your customer’s payments, post them and allocate them to the correct invoice. As you would expect, your bank account transactions will then be automatically reconciled. You can define how ABR allocates the payments to invoices based on the reference, amount, oldest first or newest first. This really saves your accounts team time, and leaves them to concentrate on more important tasks like credit control.
Automatically Generate GL postings
Another great new feature of ABR is the ability to automatically generate General Ledger transactions. Based on predetermined rules ABR can search your bank statement for transactions you would normally have to enter a manual journal for, like bank charges for example. It will then examine the rule you have defined and post a journal for these items with the correct analysis coding and then of course reconcile the bank transaction.
With these great new features your business will be able to dramatically reduce admin time allowing employees to focus on other tasks.
