On November 6th 2021, a few brave members of our Nolan Business Solutions UK team completed the Nuclear Races event.

The Nuclear Races event is designed to challenge all levels of fitness, ability, and age, by testing courage, determination, teamwork, and physical strength. Based on permanent farmland with mud, woods, rivers, lakes, and fields, the Nuclear Races push participant’s limits over a fun combination of big and small obstacles packed on award-winning courses which are mixed up at every event.

The team decided to take on this challenge as a way to physically push themselves as a team, but also to have fun and raise some money for charity at the same time. Diabetes UK was chosen for this event as it is a charity that is close to our hearts. We had aimed to reach £300 as our fundraising target, which has been smashed as we are now at £362! If you still wish to donate, our Just Giving page can be found here.

Sporting their bright orange Nolan Business Solutions t-shirts and orange and blue Diabetes UK fun wigs, the Nuclear Races team ended up very tired and muddy from the event, but we are proud of what they have achieved and want to send a big thank you to everyone that donated, no matter how big or small.
