Our customers and partners tell us that one of the most important factors in software is reliability. With Microsoft constantly moving the goal posts by releasing new versions of Dynamics GP we have to plan updates to our solutions to maintain compatibility and support. It is crucial that we do this in a timely fashion as if we are late with a product release we risk letting customers down.
We take this very seriously and are proud to say that we have never been late delivering a new version of eRequest and Invoice Approvals to support the latest release of Dynamics GP. As we launched eRequest in 1999 we have 16 years of history to support this claim!
We have to be one step ahead of the game and we do that by testing eRequest and Invoice Approvals with new versions of Dynamics GP before they are released to customers by Microsoft. We are sent the source code to every Dynamics GP release before they are released to customers by Microsoft. This enables our testing to be done very early in the upgrade cycle.
So what, you may say! The point of this is that we are able to ensure eRequest and Invoice Approvals will work and we have already released a version which is compatible with Dynamics GP 2015 R2 and will be working on the 2016 release as soon as we get this source code from Microsoft. This will be at least 3 months in advance of Microsoft releasing the final version of Dynamics GP 2016.
Our customers and partners can be sure that they will have a version of eRequest and Invoice Approvals ready for them when they chose to upgrade to the latest version of Dynamics GP.
We aim to release a new version at least quarterly with enhancements based on customer feedback and recommendations. It usually only takes around half a day to upgrade your system and eRequest and Invoice Approvals are not necessarily reliant on the Dynamics GP version as we retain backwards compatibility to older versions for customers who haven’t yet upgraded the main GP, but want to take advantage of new features in eRequest and Invoice Approvals.
We are also trusted to keep up to date with the wider IT landscape, recently launching support for Office 365 and Gmail. We also offer multi browser support and smart phone approval technology.
