The YMCA is the oldest youth charity in the world and has adapted to meet the needs of today’s young people. Locally they give children, young people and their families the ability to truly belong, contribute and thrive. By supporting, engaging and improving communities, the YMCA impacts thousands of lives every year.

YMCA Fairthorne Group operates throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and has developed rapidly since it was formed in 2002, supporting hundreds of thousands of children and young people in this time.

Their mission is to “champion and add value to young lives by providing experiences that challenge, enable and develop the individual.

Customer Challenges

YMCA Fairthorne Group needed an integration with their NetSuite system that was able to pull together 10 - 12 different services that could be booked online using one system in phase one.

In the second phase of development they needed more services to be booked online, improving the customer journey and allowing a better allocation of resources.

We started this project to fix our online booking issues, but it has stretched further and helped us with our internal processes as well.

Nolan’s Solution

Reaping the benefits

YMCA Fairthorne Group are reaping the benefits of the new online booking system integrated with NetSuite. They can produce better reports faster, they can provide more products and services online for their customers and they can have complete control over their systems.

We have much more control over our system and it makes it easier for us to manage the number of bookings.

With this new project there were learning curves for everyone involved, but as soon as our problems were understood Nolan excelled and solved the majority of our problems.
