Setup > Custom (Records) > SMT Configuration

  • There is expected to be only one active instance of SMT Configuration. If there are more than one active instance, only the first (oldest) instance will be considered.
  • The feature explanation can be found in the help text of each config option, after you click on its field label.
  • Some features in SMT Config are hidden or disabled if the other feature they are depended on is not enabled. This could be either SMT feature or NetSuite feature.
