NetSuite FX rate from the native field exchangerate from the purchase transaction will be used if the transaction has been marked as hedged. Hedging assumes using of the native field, but with the sourced value manually overwritten. A custom checkbox, whose ID is set in SMT Configuration, is used to mark transaction exchange rate as hedged. If used, this has the second highest priority after specific rate.
