Overview

The Delete Bank Account window is used to delete a Bank Account ID and all related transactions. This can be used to “start over” with a bank account because of data corruption. When a Bank Account is deleted, all of the GL transactions related to that Bank Account will be removed from the ABR system (they will remain in the GL). The bank statements related to the account and all history will also be deleted.

Options

Delete Bank Account Only – Removes the Bank Account and all related information

Delete Bank Account and Reverse Transactions – Removes the Bank Account and posts reversing transactions to the reconcile account, if used.

Buttons

Delete – Delete the Bank Account and related transactions based on the options selected.

Exit – Exit the window
