Customer Notice (18 Jan 2023): Action Needed

Change to Nolan Bank Feeds (Aka Statement Direct) and Nolan Payments Direct modules on Nolan Cloud Services.

Please pay attention to this customer notice if you use Nolan Bank Feeds (aka Statement Direct) or Nolan Payments Direct Gateway, through our SAAS platform: Nolan Cloud Services.


What is changing?

Nolan Cloud Services is changing the IP address it uses to talk to your bank for both of these modules

How does this affect me?

If you have previously whitelisted the current IP addresses with your bank when the service was set up,  you will need to contact your bank and instruct them to add the new IP addresses below to the bank’s existing whitelisted IP addresses.  

If you never previously supplied IP addresses, your bank won't be using a whitelist and so you don't need to take any action.


Nolan Cloud Services will switch to the new addresses on 1st March 2023.

What do I need to do?

Nolan Cloud Services will use the following IP Addresses from 1st March 2023 to talk to your bank: 


You will need to contact your bank and add the above addresses to the bank's whitelist in addition to the existing one

If I don't take action?

Unfortunately, if this applies to you and you do not follow these steps, NCS will start failing in talking to your bank/s.
