Account Level Security (ALS) is a Dynamics GP security feature which can be used to control access to Account Numbers. (See the Dynamics GP documentation for details)
A user can be associated with a Dynamics GP User or User Class within the ALS. eRequest will then enforce the security associated with that entity, Account Number lookups will be filtered to only show account which the user has access to.
When a Request is submitted for Approval, the user won’t be able to submit to another user unless they have access to the Account Number selected on the lines of the Request.
