ERP Connections

Once eRequest has been linked to your ERP system by running the connection wizard contained in the ERP specific App

Your linked ERP environment will be created here.  It shows the Business Central Environment Name / NetSuite Account Number, and the other details specific to the ERP system.

You can link eRequest to multiple Business Central Environment / NetSuite Accounts from the same NCS Account.  The companies from these environments will (if enabled) and with access will show in the companies list for the users.

NOTE: If you have sandbox environment, will the same company names as the production environment care must be taken, when enabling the sandbox companies for use with eRequest.

Click on the ERP Connections to view the Companies which were imported.

Sync Companies – The will updated the list of companies in eRequest with any changes in the ERP Environment. Eg. If a new company is created, use this action to import the company to eRequest.  

New companies discovered will be imported as enabled (If possible), but no users will be assign access to them. 

Business Central Specific 

Refresh Item Setup CACHE – eRequest caches some of the setup for Items and Posting groups from Business Central in eRequest.  This helps speed up the request entry process.
If the posting groups on items are changed or if the general ledger account on the posting groups are changed, you must select this.  To refresh the cache and keep eRequest up to date.

NetSuite Specific

Change Credentuals - Use this to updated you credentuals so eRequest can access your NetSuite account
