All Requests are based on a Request Form that has been configured by an administrator:
- Request Forms serve as a template for creating new requests.
- Each request must be based on a specific Request Form.
- The layout and fields shown on the request entry form can be customized through the Request Form configuration.
- Request Forms are associated with specific companies.
