Each users which needs to access eRequest requires a separate NCS User.

For a User to be able to access eRequest they must have the eRequest and Administrator Role
Once a user has access to eRequest, they will show in the eRequest users, LINK
You can then setup their eRequest specific settings.
Enable/Disable users – a Disabled user can no long use eRequest, but can still ‘own’ requests which they created.
Add Users from Office 365 – To easily import large numbers of users from Office 365. You can tick which users to import, these will created NCS Users, and add a Rule to access eRequest. Additionally it will automatically link the new users to the Office 365 user. NOTE: The password will not be set, so these users and use the application from Teams, but cannot log directly into NCS
Enable Notifications – When enabled users will receive Teams Notifications when actions are performed on requests they own, such as ‘Approval’. They will also receive a notification when a request is waiting for their Approval.
Office 365 User Id – This links the eRequest user to their office 365 User. Use the look up to manually assign the mapping, this will be automatically populated when user is imported from Office 365.
User Groups – This is the list of Groups the user belongs to, a user must be assigned to at least 1 group to use eRequest.
User Companies – List of companies this user has access to, a user must be assigned to at least 1 company to user eRequest
User Submit To/ Approval Limits – A user requires an Approval Limit for each currency for which they will approval requests.
They can only Approve requests up to the limit. A zero limit means they cannot approve.
The submit to limit, prevents a requests from being submitted to the user, which is over the limit. A zero limit means this check is not performed and requests of any values can be submitted to the user.
