eRequest Teams App

The eRequest Teams Application is available here

eRequest Teams App, you must enable ‘Upload of Custom Apps’

  1. Sign into the Microsoft Teams Admin Center
  2. Goto Teams -> Setup Polices -> Global
  3. Turn ON ‘Upload Custom Apps’

Next upload the eRequest app, either in Teams Desktop Client or Teams Web Client

  1. Goto the Apps button on the navigation bar
  2. Select ‘Manage your Apps’
  3. Select ‘Upload an App’
  4. Select ‘Upload a Custom App’
  5. Select the eRequest Teams App .zip file

Once installed it will appear on the Teams Navigation bar, if it does click the ‘…’ and select eRequest

Right Click on the application and Select ‘Pin’ to ensure the application is always available

To start using the app you will need to complete the Setup Checklist (LINK)
