The reconcile page contains various actions that the user can access, clicking on the action menu lists additional actions not immediately visible on the reconcile window.
| Match | Matches all marked transactions |
| Unmatch | Unmatches the selected match set |
| Update Transactions | Manually pulls in all new transactions |
| Create Trx | Opens a dialogue to create a transaction |
Action Menu
| Reconcile | Reconciles all the current match sets |
| Auto Match | Runs the banks auto match rules against all transactions in the current set (this ignores any filters you have set) |
| Manual Match Rule | You can select a single rule to run against all transactions in the current result set (this ignores any filters you have set) |
| Switch Grid Views | Swaps the statement and bank ledger grids around |
| Closing Balance Preview | Runs the closing balance preview report which shows you what the actual closing balance report would be if you ran the reconcile now. |
