Adding users to other accounts

To add users to other accounts in NCS you need to do the following:

  • As an ADMIN user, log into the account you wish to add users to.
  • Go to the ADMIN section
  • In the navigation bar, select USERS
  • There you will see a button named INVITE, click on that and enter the email of the user you want to invite.
  • Assign that user the appropiate roles
  • When this user next logs in, they will be able to select this company to log into
